You defined a format for void orders. If you dont want them to show then delete everything under [ORDERS:Void]

Looks like you have copied from the kitchen tickt template.
Kitchen ticket by default is set to print VOID orders as it will be to cancel the previously ordered item at the kitchen.
Tickets by default are set to not show void items as that ticket is for the customer.
thx for the reply kendash, i’ve been delete the code under [ORDER:Void]. but it still look like this:

after that the void printed with the receipt.
