Name on Ticket is lost

Can any body tell me how I can have the Customer name back on the ticket.
I dont know how it happen, but now it is only named “customer”
Please help!!!

When I select this customer

I dont get the name on top of the Ticket


You see its still called Customer:Kunde (Customer) I must have changed the name and function some where I just cant find out where.
And the same happend if I change customer. The name dont apear on the top of the Ticket.
I really hope you can help with a solution.

I have a nother problem now with the customer name. I have the neme in the top of the ticket screen. But when I print the ticket it is not written on the top of the ticket.

Can you see what I have don wrong? I tryed to make som new custom fields in the entitys like zip code and zity. Don’t know if they could hav coursed it. I have deletet it again…

You need to check the Printer templates

I have tryed to copy a template frome a backup that worked. And still the same problem.

I also think there is some more fundamental wrong here. It didn’t help correcting it to Kunde. There still is no printet name.

There was i mixup in the printer templates
