Navigate to main screen action

Hello, Samba team,

I’m quite new to the Automation feature and need your advice. I’m asked to open a new ticket screen on clicking POS menu item. I perform that task handling Entity Screen Changed event.

But I’m having a drawback: I can neither go back to Main Menu nor close the ticket. Always seeing a new ticket window.

How can I resolve this problem?

So Everytime you go to customer tickets screen you want to create a ticket? Strange why would you do that?

It’s not a good idea to force create a ticket like that. It’s not clear what you really need can you explain the need to open a new ticket better?

sure. The customer I’m configuring Samba for doesn’t want to select any entity on POS menu item, just go directly to a new ticket window.

So go to settings and in department settings set it to create ticket instead of select entity. Then logout and back in.
