If I am gifting an item, possibly as a customer goodwill gesture, this will be the only item on the receipt so i need to be able to complete the sale with a zero balance. Currently when either using my exact cash button or by using the payment screen i cant complete a sale with zero balance, but i need to be able to to log the transaction and print a receipt as the ticket has an order on it, is this possible?
Example, Walkers Cheese & Onion has been gifted and is the only item on the receipt
When clicking ALL or Ticket on payment screen the payments buttons do not activate eg cash, card etc. I just need Cash to be active so i can “Cash Out” the sale so it logs as a transaction
