Need to Shut down PC at user closes the SambaPOS application.?

Could it possible that when user finishes his/her duty and closes the sambaPOS to automatically shutting down PC also i putted sambaPOS at startup folder ant it opens at computer starts .?

Yes.

For Startup, search for KIOSK Mode here in the forum.

For Shutdown:

• create a Start Process Action linked to a BAT file containing a shutdown command.
• Fire the action on the Event for Application Ending.

The shutdown command in a BAT file would be something like this:

shutdown.exe /s /t 00
