Try moving it out of c:\ I’m sure I had a similar issue and I had to put it in a folder, try putting it in the same location as the samba logo for the main menu as we know we can access that folder
If that doesn’t work then it could be images can not be used in entity notes
Just be careful as well with entity notes as @emre said he was planning on removing entity notes in a future release. @emre are you still planning on doing that? If so itd save Jivant doing a load of work if a feature that will be removed
Another option is to use the ticket header, that definitely supports images as I use it to display my business logo
Why would he get rid of Entity Notes? I’m using it very well.
Cant remember why just remember him saying he was thinking about removing it so I didnt continue my development using it
I’m planning to replace entity notes, ticket logging and entity state logs with tasks on future major version updates. For example for V6.

Use a photo editor to adjust it. Sambapos won’t do that. To align left just edit your code to put it on left instead of LastName
Personally I would maybe have an ask question popup on entity selected showing picture asking to confirm and/or a button to show customer photo displaying similar ask question popup.
You’ll be balancing a less usefull small picture and saving screen space.

Members picture name is MembersId.jpg.
Is there a way to read MemberId form CustomEntity field in another CustomEntity Field Dynamically?
I tried Parentfolder\Memberspic{ENTITY DATA:Customer: MemberId}.jpg but didn’t work.
You need to add the image location to the member id field for each member
You need to type it in entity data field so why not just put it there instead, of make automation on a ?prompt do duplicate entry.
This is my custom entity field table.
RecordID field stores image information.
All images are saved as MemberId
How to concatinate MemberId as image name??
You can’t. You have to enter it manually.
Did you tried solving it in display format? It might be something like
<img>c:\\memberpics\[MemberId].jpg</img>

@Jesse In your development of V6, do you know if Notes were ever dissolved into other features of Samba? I’m Developing a system for customer notifications and was going to use Notes, but if they are being phased out I’ll need to plan that for V6.

I also read that Entity Notes was going to be phased out in later versions, but I hope that doesn’t happen.
No there are no plans to remove them. We are focused on new projects for sambapos.
