"New Order Adding Rule" not firing for new orders

I’ve removed all other automation relating to OrderAdded event. Now exists only the default rule.

When adding a new order to a delivery ticket in the delivery department, orders’ Status=null, but when doing the same with a pickup ticket in pickup department orders’ Status=New.



Any thoughts?

Do you have some sort of rule in State Updated event thats messing with your setup?

Nope as far as a State Update Event. Only two rules could potentially execute under these conditions - neither of which show in the debugger.

But yes to something messing with the setup. :upside_down_face:
