“No Valid License Found”

I have deployed POS for my client few weeks ago. The machine is a standard Dell PC, with good specs running SambaPOS V5.7.26. My client decided that he wil go with SambaPOS after we reviewed the POS, with an agreement that he will later purchase the licensing.

Since last week the POS no longer adding item into a ticket we get “No Valid License Found” I assume we have hit the end of trial so now its vendor locked.

Can anyone confirm if I am right or wrong if so what is the solution. I told my client that we now need to get a license, however I want to be 100% percent sure. Pls see attached error.

Hi Crosby,

I was getting this error the other day - our license automatically logged out and all we had to do was log back in to our licensing and everything was okay.

I take it from your post that you don’t have a valid license purchased so I’d assume that’s all that needs doing and then logging into to fix this error - I could be wrong but logging into our valid licensing was what fixed it for us.
