Not able to go back to Table page from POS screen

not able to go back to table menu from POS order screen. Need to restart PC or need to do a order and settle to go back to table screen.Its an Admin login.Need help , Thanks # Samba POS V4

Its happening for the last three days. Before that OK

I doubt you need to restart, quitting samba and restarting probably enough.

This sounds to me like maybe a mapping state, like an example if you set close to enable mapping of * you cant close if you reopen a closed/paid ticket as it needs to be blank.

Do you have select entity as ticket creation method?

You broke a critical rule flow by altering something, probably states, but we don’t know because you have not told us what you changed yet. Your basic problem is you altered something that was critical for the ticket flow basically it sounds like its starting a ticket, either your tagging it, adding entity, or something. The basic problem is you altered a rule somewhere or a state somewhere and now it is creating a ticket when you do not want it to.
