“Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

I have a Samba POS V4 setup of a server with five RDP client tablets. Yesterday I tried as the administrator to open a particular table with submitted orders(taken by one of waiters on a tablet). I got this message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” displayed over the table and afterwards Sambapos closes down immediately. Happened many times once I click on the table. Can’t close work period and start another one. PLEASE HELP.

I would guess you maybe have multiple calculations on the ticket. It was a bug in v4 which was fixed in v5 update.
If that is the case you will need to delete the transaction for the calculation of the ticket within manage -> accounts.

Its hard to help without info, can you show some screenshots?

Could be the old bug of two ttransactons with 1 ticket and rdp which was fixed in v5.
