Hello Vasilios when I look up your reseller account I do not see where you have purchased the reseller starter pack. The forum membership is for official SambaPOS resellers whom are active and have purchased the license starter pack or have activated 6 licenses under your reseller account.

This forum category will be part of the official reseller resources. We established these guidelines to help organize those who are actively adding locations and reselling the product vs those who only have 1-2 locations and are not actively adding more locations.

To access reseller only forum we need to verify you are an active authorized reseller. Provide me your reseller email you registered with us and I can verify it and add you to the Group.
