like the headline says, i have for my employees 1 food and 1 drink once at day free. And i want if its possible a rule for it, but i dont know how…
for example
1 Pizza “Size Junior”
1 Drink Coce “Size 0,5L”
and the second one is with discount from the vip discount from the tutorial what QMKay created…

You’ll need a way to log if they have had it or not first so most likely solution to that would be stag entities with has a custom field for drink claimed and food claimed.
Make a customised gift flow where they select their entity or automatically based on current user then select the items, press staff gift button which gifts and marks entity field as claimed.
The gifting rule would be constrained to the field not being filled with ‘claimed’
Then on a work period ended or started rule you would want a script to clear all the staff mean claimed fields…
That would be my approach.
Next you’ll ask for screenshots and tutorial but sorry not got time to go into that much detail.
