One or more errors ocurred

Hi Team,

Today, I replaced my ISP modem, and after the change, SambaPOS crashes after 20 seconds on the server. The other terminals connected to the database do not crash.

The error message is: “One or more errors occurred.”

The issue might be related to network connectivity. At the moment, the SambaPOS forum page does not load on the server, but it loads successfully on the terminals.

The debug log only shows the following lines:

This issue is related to having a poor internet connection therefore we recommend you to check your internet connection and improve it.

Thanks @Nizam, any way to workarround the issue? Im waiting meanwhile my ISP support

Unfortunately there isn’t any workaround except fixing the internet connection problem for your case.

Hello,
I thought SambaPOS donÄt need anymore a constant internet line for working.
Can you simply unplug the SambaPOS network from Internet completely? Or do you work with food order integrations?

If you need internet and if you have a network card with advanced properties try to change the MTU from 1500 to 1400.

This can help in cases with unstable connections.
