Open order screen without creating ticket

Hello,
I want to be able to open the order screen without creating a new ticket.

Sometimes our customers want to know the price of individual items and their total bill before they confirm the order.

We want the option to open the order screen without selecting a customer or creating a new ticket.

If the customer confirms then a ticket is created.

If you set create ticket as default method rather than select entity you can go to pos without selecting entity.
You could set menu item header to include price.
However you couldnt ring up items and get a total order without starting a ticket as they need to go onto a ticket to get a ticket total…
However if you cancel the orders and close the ticket it will not be submitted to database.
A ticket number would be allocated but a ticket ID wouldnt have.
