i would recommend Windows 8.1.
On October 31, 2014 OEMs’ licenses to distribute Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium, and Windows 7 Ultimate products ends . This means that OEMs (original computer suppliers) must no longer distribute systems that are pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium, and Windows 7 Ultimate. Windows 7 professional will still be available.
