at the moment the order list is on LHS, is the possible to swap with the button list, so that order list is on RHS, and button list on LHS
No, you can not swap the buttons, they are hard coded to the present sides.
Emre shared an image with the language set to Hebrew and everything is swapped. Not sure if this is language-specific or there is a setting hidden somewhere to change it.
