Anybody have an idea how can i pit my modi in orders the way i want them? So like drinks upgrade at the botoom

That looks like v3… FYI this is V4/V5 forum, many on here never even used v3.
In V4/V5 there is a sort order tag.

In V4 and V5 (maybe V3 as well), you can change the sorting of the Order Tag Groups …

I can confirm V3 has the same Sort Order Tag Groups option:
