Payment Details CSV format

Dear Sir,
I would like to change below “Payment details” report into CSV format.
Could you please guide me how to change successfully?

Start by adding :{0}:,} on the end, might need to have {1},{2} etc but you need to set the formatting to use comma separator.

I follow your instruction and just play around using “{0}” and ,.
i got csv format as i expected.
but one more thing i still need to request,
How can i do formatting in csv like Bold and Table border?
Please, guide me again.

You cant do formatting. That will have to be done in the app after the export.

CSV does not support formatting.
If you format that CSV and try and save again as CSV excel will tell you this and tell you to change to exl or other if you want to keep ofrmatting.
