Don’t you think that might have been very valuable information when posting a crash message?

Best guess by the methods being referred to (SqlClient.SqlConnection) is that it is looking for a Table in the DB named [ReportPayments], which of course does not exist.

So next best guess is that there is something in your Rules like a Report Expression that is trying to read something like maybe {REPORT PAYMENT DETAILS:X}, or a Report that you made by the name of “ReportPayments”.

Otherwise, it is hard to say what is causing this without knowing the internal program flow inside SambaPOS for paying a Ticket.

Emre may well know what is going on here at a glance, but for the rest of us, not so much. I cannot reproduce this error, and have been running 5.2.3 for a long time (months) without seeing anything like this.
