I want to remove $ sign from Settle\Payment screen.
Could you please suggest me how to remove it?
I attached my current setting and display.

Actually I would have thought the setup you have already would show without $.
But you can try adding :{0} to the end of the Payment Screen Values, that should remove it. E.g.:
50,100,200,500,1000,5000,10000:{0}
