Person count by ticket

Hi all,

Is any way to show the person count per ticket? Ex. ticktNo 5021, I would like to know how many people on this ticket.

You can follow this tutorial to implement Person Count and use TT.Person Count field to report it.

Tracking Number of Persons

Ticket Tags are useful to track additional info with tickets. You can use Ticket Tags for almost anything but on this tutorial we’ll see how to use it to track Person Count. We’ll start with adding a Ticket Tag from Management > Tickets > Ticket Tags. [image] I named it as Person Count. I also changed untagged color to display different button color when no tag is selected. Person Count is a numerical value so I selected Tagging Type as Numeric. How could an average of consumption per person be shown in the report?
Also, how could an average of sales per server?

You could create a custom report for tickets and use a calculation to divide the total ticket amount by that ticket tag… But then again how would you know how much that person spent? You wouldnt…

That is more complex… your not just asking for a person count… your asking to assign a person to each order.

Sales per server is already in the default report…

Could then somehow get only in the report, the average consumption per person?
It would be interesting also, to be able to obtain information about: how many people attended the waiter, in this way based on their total sales and the number of people served by this waiter, I can get an average of their sales and so know if they are doing well Or not their work.
Sorry if it is very basic what I ask, I am learning about all the possibilities of samba
