Help i changed something and now the option of selecting any product is gone. It’s blanc. It does not wnt to close any tichket. And i can not start a new one.
Whre can i go back to the mail settings. Or what can i change?

Sorry for the delay, but did you try to RE-INSTALL samba?
rename your database to whatever you like, install samba again, and try to start fresh from there…
try to do small stpes changing rules and actions, and do a backup every time you feel that a change is going to mess up configuration.
