This is why we have report tags. They can be used without a ticket. Why do you not want to use report tags ?

Because i cant format the output in the template, html doesnt work

so to use browser printer and html do i use the ticket templates or the report templates as i need to use my expressions for the figures

You can not use printer templates without a ticket. So you will need to rethink that

Try load ticket action ?

Legend!! well half way there, i put a load ticket action before my print action and it works perfect the printout contains my figures

ISSUE - It then locks samba up, no auto commands work and the main menu button doesnt work so i have to CTRL ALT DEL and close samba via task manager

Ill try and add a close ticket action and see if that fixes the issue
