His original problem was as kendash said to you in other topic which was the print action/event was after the default ticket closing event meaning the states were updated before the print meaning no print.
You have printing regardless which would suhect you dont have the state filtering on the print job action.
Its impossible to tell exactly what your issue is without screenshots…
