Print Entities State " Note " on the Order

Hi,

I have a question to ask please.

I have a customer that upgrade their SAMBA to show the address in the Entities State as per picture below;

and it show perfectly on the order as per picture below;

They asked me how can they print out the NOTE : address on the kitchen.

Is there anyone can help what template should I use to be able to print that Note line?
