Hi, I set auto-print actions for cash payment and card payment. And I have three tickets, one for the kitchen and two for customers. Three thickets order is 1. Kitchen 2.Customer 3. Customer.
For now, the ticket printing order for the card is correct. However, this printing order for card payment is wrong. Their setup is all the same.
Try removing the action from the rule that does not work, save the rule, then add the action back into the rule and save.
Sometimes when an action is in a rule and changes are made to the action, the rule does not auto-update. You have manually update it by removing the action from the rule, saving and re-adding it back in.
And now my situation is when using the same setting with different printers, the order of receipts is different.
For example,
For printer 1, the print order is first to the kitchen, second and third to customers;
But for printer 2, the print order is first to customers, second to the kitchen, and last to customers.
