Print LAST PAID bill

Is is possible to print the last paid bill from either the navigation screen or the ticket screen?

Sometimes you get people asking for a receipt after they have paid (we do not issue receipts unless asked for), we then have to go thru the ticket screen find the ticket and the hit Print Bill. This is a very long process.

The old tutorials doesn’t seem to work for me, is there easy way of achieving this?

Can you show screen shots of what you did for the tutorial?

Tip: Make sure you actually have a last paid ticket before testing. This is where I was going wrong and thought it was not working.
