The set menu have each items set as {ORDER TAG}

what is the best way to print those {ORDER TAG} on individual ticket/paper?

The individual ticket will be like:

I’m not sure if this will work for you, but there is an option in your Printer Template to choose a Sort Order by Order Tag.
