Hello, guys am trying to configure my printers, I want to print the kitchen orders to two different location and printers.

The red highlighted printer works and trying to get the blue highlighted printer to work
I created the print job for it
what else did i miss ?
Mistakes could be in the actions, print jobs or rules so please show those so we can see entire setup.

Your issue will be you have duplicated the ticket closing rule, the default one will be first which is marking orders submitted which then means your new ticket closing rule after it won’t have new orders to print.
Remove the caravan closing rule ticked in blue.
Then open the default closing rule and add the caravan print job and sort so that it is right after the kitchen print action in there and before the order state actions in it.
