Printer settings for Dot Matrix printer

Which settings are required for setup Dot matrix printer for printing Tickets in sambaPOS 4

More info would be good.
You mean a roll fed kitchen printer type or are you talking edge tracked invoice folded type.

I am using EPSON LQ310 Dot Matrix printer for Printing tickets in SambaPOS4.
I also have set printer type as TEXT.
But when I print the bills it is not printing properly I think it print like thermal printer format.

I have attached screenshot for your reference.

Give me suggestion for any setting I missed or wrong configuration.

Please help me solve this issue.

Looks like you need to increase LINE CHARACTER COUNT if you want it to print on whole A4 page … then edit your template until it works the way you want it.

Firstly don’t duplicate your posts, will just anoy people not get you faster answer…

It won’t be character count, it’s already 60, I would say it’s a Windows driver setting, looks like it’s trying to print of 80mm width.
The split lines is because the line count is higher than the page width

Hello,

I tried above solution but its not working…

but I have test the same printer in V5 and use same settings(printer type is Text) its working fine(below screenshot for your reference).
Can any one tell me which setting I missed in V4.
