I want to print a specific ticket ID.
I understand IDs are only created after a ticket has closed.
In the Execute Print Job action, it has an area with TICKET ID, is this where I could put a specific TiCKET ID in?
I tried this and it just printed my template…? I have something im wanting to build up, this will make things a little easier.
