Printing bill with admin pin but restrict void and gift

How to restrict certain admin or user from void and gift but can print bill with admin pin

Edit the automation command and select “Admin PIN” under “Confirmation” combo box.

Thanks for your prompt response, l’ve already done this, we have 1 manager and 3 supervisors. They are all using the admin pin to print bill but l want to restrict the supervisors from void and gift. They will only be printing bill but can’t void or gift with the same admin pin. Pardon my English. Thanks

If you have separate roles you can configure that in the Automation Command mappings:

Great, but l didn’t see the image in full, is this mapping for printing bill or for void and gift.

It’s from an unrelated automation command that I just happen to have mapped to different roles.

You’ll have to define your own roles with their own permissions and then assign them to whatever commands and rules you need.
