Hello i have an issue with printing bar orders and bills on some table numbers while other table numbers print well what could be the issue.You will find a waiter selecting a table and placing an order to remote printer and it wount print the bar order nor the bill.also some users cant print oders of prticular item group.

It will be hard to know what is wrong because we cant see it and you havnt provided any support details. Printing works just fine so you must have configured something wrong. Please share as much as you can about it, screenshots, etc so we can help.
There are 3 departments,sportbar,mainbar and Restaurant.sportsbar works fine printing is ok both bar orders,kot and bills print fine in all tables same as restaurant but main bar there is a big mess the waiters select a random table and post items on table and send to remote printer no order prints nor does the bill print,they select another table and post the same items and it prints both the bill and bar order.This is not a printer issue co initialy i thought it was and changed my switch to a gigbyte switch and the promblem is still there.
There is no supporting information for us to understand your issue. Can you show some print jobs, rules, actions, printers, anything that can help. We cant see how you configured it. We dont know what Remote printer means.
That’s not going to work. Your mapping will not work that way. You need to separate some of that into their own print jobs and actions in the rule.
