Printing Issue when update the ticket service state to ready

I have done multiple testing on this annoying bug.

the trigger point i found is when i click the order ready button as setup according to emre tutorial which will update the ticket service state to Ready.

and the printed result show outlined. However, if i reprint again it is aligned

if i print bill directly without clicking the Order Ready button, it print as aligned at the first time.

how do i fix this as i really need the ticket service state to be updated to something to avoid showing in my entities

Can you show some screenshots? I’m not sure this is a bug. But we need to see more to understand.
