Printing to 2 Kitchen Printers

I hope I can explain this clearly.

I am working on a new system for a Retirement Community. This is what they need.

The HOT Kitchen printer is the main printer and controls the kitchen. The Cold is for Cold Items, (of course)! However, what they want is to print ALL Configured items to the HOT Kitchen printer whether it is hot or cold and then just the cold items print to the COLD Printer.

I have configured all the items that are to be printed to each as well as added the cold items to the HOT Printer. What I am finding out, when I send the ticket to the kitchen printers, if an item that is for the COLD printer, has an entry for the HOT Printer first, it prints only to the HOT Printer.

Is there a way I can get the items on the HOT Printer? Have I thoroughly confused everyone?? Hehe :stuck_out_tongue:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Create two print jobs. Set one for your HOT printer and another for your Cold printer. Map the appropriate products to each print job. Create the appropriate actions and put them in your rule for printing kitchen tickets.
