Printing can be manipulated by job mapping, rule constraints, action constraints and even within the template.
Yes…I did have different departments like Lounge,Terrace,Club and VIP section and they all share same menu…and each section has order printers e.g Club order printer,Terrace Printer,Lounge Order printer.
I need a guide on how to set the rule and action to enable it print.
Department is a field in print job so if you mean each department prints to its own printer then just ad multiple rows specifying department to corresponding printer with whatever template you need.
