Problem regarding not order remove from kitchen screen

Hello ,

I set up kitchen screen and show new order

but I when I click on order ready button it not convert to change status and not able to convert colour

please help to fix it

Look very good to your Entity screen Command Button. This should have the correct name.

Your order status action is backwards. Current should be submitted and status should be ready. What’s expected to happen? Order disappears right?

I just did. Look at your Update Order Status action you have your values entered backwards. Current Status should be Submitted and Status should be Ready.

when I click on order it selected but when I click on order ready button I not move from kitchen and that’s why table screen colour will not change

Looks like your Update Ticket Status action is backwards too. So also change it so Current Status is Waiting and Status is Unpaid
