Problem with error window

Printer Error Message
I read a lot of post with this problem but this is a different error message
“The operation complete successfully”
Its start happening when update to version 5224

You need to share with us your printer setup. Lots of people are using 5.2.24 and have no problems with printers. It could be anything really. Can you show your printer setup? What kind of printers? Are they networked?

Show your printer template maybe its an issue there. Are you using HTML printer?

The error does not always come out and the tickets are not configured to print automatically, you have to press “print bill” … only the kitchen tickets are automatic. It happens from time to time and at times that nothing should be printed.

Your logo should be inside layout section, but that wont be connected to your issue.

The message isn’t specific enough to say without knowing when it happens if it at times completely unrelated to printing.

You don’t have any form of virtual print for logs or tasks or anything like that?

No, but I already talked to the employees to document me every time the error occurs to see if I can give you more information about the problem.
Maybe it’s the printer (hardware)

Please update your SambaPOS with downloading a fresh 5.2.24 setup from our website.

since I did the fresh setup, the problem has not been reflected.
