Hi am trying to install qmx when I open it this the error am getting pls help
using Windows 10
You need to use QMX forum for that. This is Sambapos forum.
That is the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, which is usually already installed on most modern systems, but can sometimes be missing on older systems that have not been updated.
Download and install from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
You can (and should) install both the x86 and x64 versions if your OS supports it.
Hi thanks for you support I managed to access it locally I.e on LAN but out of that network its not possible to access how do you take to WAN
Have you opened ports on your router and setup port forwarding?

Some of these points might be optional and not necessary. Start at the top and work your way down. They are listed in order of importance (ie. first point is mandatory).
On your SambaPOS “server”:
- Configure the Application “QMXapp” in SambaPOS to allow access to All Functions
- Open a Port in your Firewall for Messaging Server (default:
9000) - Open a Port in your Firewall for QMX (default:
3000) - Configure Port Forwarding on your Router to direct traffic on port 9000 and 3000 to the internal (LAN) IP address of your server
