I have been putting Order Tag Prefixes to the test, and have found an issue.
You can not use Prefixes with Free Tagging.
Prefixing is already a shortcut to free tagging in the background 
Do you want to choose a prefix and type a freetag?
Yes, I was looking at booking in jobs, and using prefixes like
- Repair
- Quote
- Service
And then using free tagging to type a brief description.
I was also thinking of having a customisable separator between the prefix and order tag name, like
Repair - Water leak
PS - free tags appear above the prefix. Maybe the prefix should be on top ?
