Receipt print outs cut out wrong

I am having issues with receipts, they are not printing out 100% right, plus the kitchen ticket is always being cut in half and not the complete receipt is produced, here is a sample

Go do test print under window printer settings. See how that comes out. To me this looks like driver issue, uninstall and get latest driver DIRECTLY from epson website. And make sure you get the exact driver for your exact model.

My printer is a str tep 600 i have installed latest driver but still same problem, i have no idea what to do; stuck like this

oh my apologies i assumed it was epson. okay did you try to go to control panel, hardware and sound, printers, then right click your printer and click properties. There you can print a test page. See if that will come out okay and let me know. @DenizAltun

Printer is in Star emulation mode. Review printer manuals and if it supports switch to ESC/POS emulation. If it does not support change printer type as HTML or Text.
