Receipt ticket disappears from pos

I am having a problem with our pos. A receipt that was finalised, paid and printed, has disappeared from the pos system and does not appear in sales. What has happened?

Thank you. I will do that right now. For the time being, we re-posted the bill so it would reflect in the day’s sales.

Also check that all your terminals have the correct time.
