I’m new to Sambapos, Am following this thread on refund but it seems on the Report the prices are not appearing. Please help.
This is my problem
my Rule is below
Your Price is wrong, your telling it to set the price as 0.00, not that it should be 0.00 less the item amount.
if the item was 1.99, then 0.00 - 1.99 would be -1.99 or (1.99) as it’ll show in reports.
For my refund setup I just change quantity to minus in the same way suggested on price.
This inverses price etc including tags etc.
