I found an issue with mobile client, that in mobile client setup we can select multiple entities, but we cannot select multiple ticket type. In my setup I have selected two types of entites .i.e Tables and Take Away. So when am taking a take away order from the tablet, It will show the ticket type as ‘Dine In’ only. Is there any option to select multiple ticket type or how to clear the issue. Am attaching my database with EDITED TO REMOVE DB
Hello Alvin it’s best to not share your db in public. I removed the link. I don’t think we would need your db for this.
The very first option on mobile client settings is Ticket Type. But you want it to select ticket type mapped to entity?
Yes. That is I need, I cam manage with that.
