remote login to PC is possible for sambapos?
This has nothing to do with SambaPOS. This in fact is a question for Microsoft Support. But to answer it yes you can use terminal services and setup RDP connections.
This requires a Server OS and Client Access Licenses to be purchased.
If that did not answer your question then please be more specific.
is it possible to get only report remotely?
You can set SambaPOS to save reports to a cloud drive. Or you can set it up to email reports.
