Remove Delivery Charge

Hi Guys,

I have created a rule which calls an action to add a delivery charge if the “delivery” option is listed on a ticket.
If the user then changes the order to pick up or takeaway, i want to remove the delivery fee item, but i can’t see to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

So your just adding an item not a delivery fee. Use calculation and add an actual fee instead of item.
