Report Error Message

I have a client getting the following error on WP report in v4 for a specific day. Ranges covering or the day itself returns this error, other dates no including this day come back fine.
Any suggestions?

A ticket have duplicate discounts. You can edit related account transaction document to remove duplicated discount lines and the error will go away.

Unfortunately that may happen on V4 if you add discount to ticket from two terminals at the same time. In some cases operator tries to add discount, it lags for a reason, she switches terminals, add same discount from other terminal. Meanwhile other lagging terminal can also save the discount.

That prevented on V5.

I thought about double discounts not long after posting having read many question in past about it.
Have sorted now hopefully…
For anyone else having to backdate this here is an SQL query I used to list ticket ids for ticket with multiple calculations.
This setup only has discount so if you have many calculation types in use you might need to refine;
