[Resolved] Crash after viewing old ticket

To reproduce:
Create a new ticket a settle it (I work in take away mode) --> Go to tickets --> All tickets --> display --> click on one item

After a restart of sambapos the problem with the old tickets are away. When I create a new ticket, and repeat the steps above sambapos crashes again. Below is the crash report:

Can we see your tax configuration and related account transaction configurations? Accounts for tax seems not correctly configured.

This commonly happens when you configure Taxes wrong.

We have some products with no VAT, and I made one profile with 0% VAT. This crash only happens when 0% VAT products are added.

Hmm. so Accounting system clears 0 amount transactions… This is the reason of the exception.

Why you’ve created %0 template? You should be able to remove default (*) mapping and map only products that have a tax.

@emre I think now the 0% is useless, and I will remove the 0% tax template. I just had three VAT values and entered them, without much thinking how Sambapos would deal with them

Perhaps you could add a validation against a 0% entry in the tax template in the future (0 is a default value), to prevent an exception.

I was very fond of Sambapos2, but I am appreciating version 4 more and more. This version is much more flexible.
