RestaJet Integration issue

Hi,

I’ve followed step by step the how to on https://kb.sambapos.com/en/6-5-how-to-setup-restajet-integration-module/
But the “SambaIn” doesn’t give me the options to capture the RestaJet details?

Why is it only giving me this blank screen?

Looks like you don’t have the license. Ask your reseller to assign the Restajet license to your account. They should quote you a price for it.

Licence is assigned. But how do i activate it?

Sign out of market in sambapos then restart then sign back in then restart samba in.

We are in different time zones, only back at work now.

I’ve uninstalled the Samba license up to working in the trail version. I’ve login in and activated SambaPos again. I’ve then removed the SambaIn and re-installed the SambaIn. Unfortunately still nothing. Only get a Blank Screen on the SambaIn.
I don’t think it is a license issue because according to the “how-to” you should still be able to input the settings and the frame will not go green if there is no license.

It controls licence from your SambaPOS licence email. Are your SambaPOS licenced now?

I’ve managed to fetch the products from RestaJet, but what about the options setup on the restaJet (order tags in SambaPOS)? How do you propose we handlethose?

Does this mean that the products will be maintained (added) only in RestaJet or will the “Fetch Menu” check for changes in SambaPos as well or how will it work?

After fetching you can use options. In your orders options will be added to SambaPOS order. Is that clear?

thanks, got it. didn’t knew where it got the order tag in samba because it wasn’t listed at the order tags.

It creates it in Free Tagging. Not saving it. But if you want to save please check the Save in Default order tag.

We’ve managed to duplicate a ticket in SambaPos? Don’t know how we managed to do it but for some reason we were able to “confirm” the restaJet order twice in SambaIn. We are trying to simulate but it looks if the “confirmation” message appear twice, could this happen if you took to long to “accept” the order?

I dont understand clearly. But if you set Logging true please send me log.txt in SambaIN folder for understanding.
