Good day,
I am looking to install a Samba POS for a restaurant, but I h

1. Once an open is entered, I need the system to be able to print individual tickets based on that order.

e.g., if an order had a burger, a fried-rice, and soda
it needs to print three tickets
one ticket for the burger
one ticket for the fried rice
one ticket for the soda

I need to be able to make a notation on the item order.
e.g. No pepper, no peanuts, well done

Can the system handle two menus of the same items at different prices?

1. Dine-in
2. Take out
3. Sometimes, the same order will have both

Yes, print jobs have the option to separate print outs to individual orders

There are a lot if ways to configure print jobs, so this should be OK

Notations exist in SambaPOS, term used is Order Tags

It can handle multiple menus, but what you really want to use for this case is price definition.
You can apply price definition based on ticket or entity selected (Table, Takeout etc )
